Ingrid Yuen, the founder of Mizu Design, is influenced by photography and belief in social change. Clients have included the Tecumseh Collective First Nations Community Organization, Asian Arts Freedom School, Hidden Gems Autism Spectrum Services, WARC Gallery and the Art Gallery of York University.

Her video editing work include a short documentary, Northern Colour, shown at the 2006 Female Eye Film Festival at the National Film Board of Canada, which was nominated for Best Documentary.
